Welcome to me355. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "User Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", "You", or "Your") and me355 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the me355 platform and any services provided therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms govern your use of all betting, casino, and gaming services offered through the me355 platform, including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, tennis, e-sports), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting betting), and any other products or services that may be added to the platform from time to time. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet both the age and residency requirements. me355 reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
To use the me355 platform, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify me355 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. me355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
The me355 platform is specifically designed for users residing in Indonesia. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, you are not permitted to register for or use the Service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of me355 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
me355 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Deposits made outside of banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. me355 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your me355 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. me355 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of the KYC verification process and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by me355.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.
Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50,000,000 per day and Rp 200,000,000 per week for verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders. me355 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its sole discretion.
me355 does not charge fees for withdrawals to verified accounts. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees, which are beyond me355's control.
me355 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Detailed bonus terms are published on the me355 website and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering on a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute 10%.
me355 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately closed and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.
All games on the me355 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Slot games display their RTP (Return to Player) percentages transparently. Sports betting odds are set based on industry-standard models and may fluctuate based on market conditions.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per spin or hand is limited to Rp 25,000. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
me355 reserves the right to void any bet in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, fraudulent activity, or where the integrity of the event or game has been compromised. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, me355 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
me355 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and your remaining balance (if any) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to me355.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where me355 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and me355 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
